How long does it take to ship a package?
We ship orders the same day if it's placed before 12pm Central time unless otherwise stated under the price on the product page. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs can be calculated directly by inputting your zip code and city on the checkout page where it says "Calculate Shipping Rates". The exact shipping amount and any applicable taxes will appear on the screen. The order will NOT be placed until you enter your credit card information and confirm the order.

How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are usually sent to your email account 1 business day after the order is shipped. You can go to the UPS or FedEx website and enter the tracking number or you can go to log in to your customer account and check it there.

Can I place the order over the phone?
You can easily and securely place an order on our website. If you are having trouble placing an order on our site or do not have access to the Internet, we'd be happy to place the order for you over the phone during our office hours. However, in order to ensure all the information provided is correct, phone orders must be read back to the customer and can take much longer than placing the order online. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product within 45 days after its delivery, it is returnable for full refund. See our return policy here: Returns   We are not responsible for goods damaged in return shipping or lost packages so please ensure items are packed securely and insurance is purchased on the item in case it gets lost. Registering the package can also guarantee proof of acceptance.

Do you keep all your items in stock?
We stock most of our best selling items in Nashville. For those items not in stock, we can usually still get them shipped within a day unless there is a note under the product price on any product page or custom programming is required.

Orders placed by check must be mailed to our office (IntercomsOnline.com, 8161 Highway 100, #194, Nashville, TN 37221) with a copy of the full order and all shipping details. The order will not be processed until the check is cleared.

What is the warranty on your products?
All our products have a Limited Manufacturer Warranty unless otherwise stated on the site. Please check the product description for warranty length. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from negligence, accident, or misuse.

How Soon Do You Ship?
Orders received before 12pm Central Time will generally ship the same day, otherwise they ship the next business day.

Do you ship Internationally?
Our products are designed for use in the U.S. and Canada. Not all countries use the same voltage and power plugs as the U.S. so line-powered devices are not approved for use elsewhere. Our wireless devices are also approved to pass wireless frequency requirements in the U.S. and some in Canada. Each country uses the wireless frequency spectrum in different ways. For example, in the U.S. the frequency 151.820 MHz is for unlicensed two-way radio communications. In Australia and many other parts of the world it is assigned to radio astronomy.
