Description

Each phone in a system must have a license. If you are adding your own SIP phones, you will need to purchase this license. If you are adding this to an existing system, We will need the MAC address of the server you will be installing this on.

When you purchase this a License Activation Code (LAC) will be generated. To be able to generate a License Key, the License Activation Code must be registered together with the MAC-address of the server for which the license is intended. The server is usually labeled the Scale 1 scale intercom in our systems.

For the initial purchase we will install this license for the system you purchased. Any later additions will require sending us the MAC address of the server so you may want to record that from the back label of the server callbox and keep it somewhere safe.

If upgrading a system we will need both the MAC address and your current LAC. This will be used to generate a new License Key. The License Key will be delivered to you via email. As the License Key is rather complex, it should be inserted in the set-up program using the copy/paste function.
