One SIP-Client Extension

To integrate third-party SIP phones into your system, each phone requires a separate license. This license ensures compatibility and proper functionality with your server.

How It Works

When you purchase this SIP license, a License Activation Code (LAC) will be generated. To create a License Key, the LAC must be registered along with the MAC address of the server the license is intended for. In most of our systems, this server is designated as the "Scale 1 scale intercom."

Important Order Details

When placing your order, please include the MAC address of your server in the order’s comments field to avoid delays in processing. If you're upgrading or replacing an existing intercom or phone, you will also need to provide:

• The MAC address of the server
• Your current License Activation Code (LAC)

Delivery Timeline & Installation

• The license may take 1–2 weeks to process. In the meantime, the system will operate without a license for up to 60 days.
• Once ready, the License Key will be emailed to you. For accuracy, we recommend copying and pasting the key directly into the setup program.
