The IO1150 Wireless Gate Loop Hockey Puck Cellular Antenna is a high-performance external antenna designed to increase the communication range and signal stability of our wireless gate loop systems. It provides a stronger, more consistent cellular connection, especially in installations where the E-Trans unit is housed inside a metal enclosure or positioned in a location with weak signal reception.
To use the antenna, simply remove the small factory antenna attached to any of our E-Trans devices and replace it with the IO1150. The hockey-puck antenna can then be mounted on top of the control box, on a nearby post, or on any other preferred surface. The included six-foot lead gives ample flexibility to place the antenna in the optimal position for maximum performance.
This upgrade is recommended for installations requiring extended range, improved reliability, or clearer communication between gate components and the cellular network. It is durable, weather-resistant, and engineered specifically to complement our wireless gate loop system architecture.
