Case Study: BASF Saves Over $50,000 with Wireless PA System
The Challenge:
BASF, The Chemical Company, faced a significant expense when planning to install a wireless PA system in one of their large plants. The initial quote was $70,000, with over $40,000 allocated for labor costs to run thousands of feet of wiring—a time-intensive and costly process.
The Solution:
Instead of proceeding with the expensive wired system, BASF chose to partner with us. For less than $12,000, they purchased our wireless PA system and completed the installation themselves in just one day, significantly reducing both equipment and installation costs.
The Result:
BASF saved more than $50,000 and benefited from a quick, hassle-free installation process.
Customer Feedback:
Ricky Roach of BASF shared his experience:
"Great company and great products. I installed the Wireless Intercoms at 5 BASF plants and never had a problem—that was 6 years ago! You won’t find a better or more cost-effective solution for intercom or emergency evacuation systems. Easy to install, no maintenance—it's the best, at about 1/10th the cost of other systems because it’s wireless."
This case highlights how our wireless PA system provides a reliable, affordable alternative to traditional wired systems, offering long-term value without the high upfront cost.

Installation and Usage
The Wireless PA receiver functions with a standard 110-volt alternating current power source. The system features an optional emergency backup battery which delivers temporary power during power outages to maintain continuous operation. The rechargeable backup battery functions only as a temporary power solution and cannot support extended power requirements. The receiver maintains battery efficiency while operating from a heavy-duty external +12 VDC battery during long off-grid periods. The receiver can operate with a solar panel kit in areas lacking AC power which provides an eco-friendly power source.
The Wireless PA system achieves efficient communication by operating on a dedicated channel which prevents radios or intercoms from broadcasting over the PA system during routine communications.
Using two-way radios in proximity to a Wireless PA speaker can produce feedback which may interrupt the system's performance. The receiver can be programmed to capture incoming messages and then replay them over the speaker once the user stops talking on the radio. Recorded messages cannot exceed 20 seconds which allows for efficient communication.
Installing an optional external antenna in a high position will enable enhanced signal reception by significantly extending the receiver's range.
The receiver's casing lacks water-proofing so it needs indoor installation or placement in a protected space. A weatherproof enclosure made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester protects outdoor receivers and antennas from harsh conditions.
