The Only Truck Scale Intercom That Meets All Three Key Requirements: Noise Cancelling, Ample Volume, and Hands-Free
Tired of struggling with outdated, ineffective intercom systems at your truck scale? Our team at IntercomsOnline has spent years perfecting the ideal truck scale intercom solution, addressing every pain point operators run into. That is our Noise Cancelling Truck Scale Intercom available in audio only or audio and video.
Noise cancellation that actually works
Gone are the days of battling loud, garbled 1970s-era intercoms. Our advanced systems deliver unmatched noise cancellation and volume, so scale operators and drivers can hear each other clearly no matter the environment.
One operator, multiple scales
Our wired system (convertible to wireless) lets a single inside speakerphone manage several outdoor scale callbox intercoms. Need more operators or more scales? The system expands easily with additional speakerphones or intercoms.
True hands-free operation
Connect sensors so drivers never have to touch anything, or let operators choose a handset, hands-free speakerphone, or headset — whatever fits their workflow.
Video option available
Need live video from the scale to the operator? The same system is available with HD video included, giving you the best of both audio and video in one solution.

Other Truck Scale Intercom Options
Every operation has different requirements and budgets. Here are a few alternative solutions worth considering.
Wireless PA System
If one-way communication is all you need, our MURS/UHF/VHF/GMRS/FRS Wireless PA System transmits messages from a handheld radio or base station to a wireless PA receiver over long distances. Our MURS radios are FCC license-free, pre-programmed, and ready to use — or pair the receiver with your existing 2-way radios.
Truck Scale Handset Intercom
Ideal for drivers who exit their vehicles: lift the handset to reach the scale operator directly, with clear two-way communication once connected. Some operations use it for drivers who stay in the cab, but it's less convenient since drivers need to reach out a window or door to access the handset.
Wireless Callbox (Push-to-Talk)
Uses radio frequencies to communicate over long distances. Since it's push-to-talk, both operator and driver need to press a button to speak, and it does not include noise cancellation or amplification.
Hi-Fi Amplified Speaker Housing
Combines the amplified speaker and intercom into a single housing that mounts easily on pedestal poles, such as the Heavy Duty Pad-Mount Large Truck Pole (84"), for a streamlined install.
