The Chamberlain wireless intercom requires going through a quick "Learn" programming procedure to network them together. This procedure is what keeps your neighbors from being able to listen to your conversations even if they have the same type of unit. The Learn procedure is done as follows:

  • Press the Learn button on the back of one unit until a beep is heard.

  • Within 10 seconds press the Learn button on another unit.

  • Each intercom will sound a tone when it is networked.

  • If you have more than two intercoms, use one of the programmed units to go through the same procedure with an un-programmed unit. You can also do several intercoms at once as long as you get the Learn button pressed within 10 seconds of the first unit.

  • If you experience any problems, you can clear the memory of a unit by holding the Learn button down for about 15 seconds until you hear a different tone.
