Easy to install thanks to its wireless design. Simply mount the sensor to a post above ground instead of cutting into pavement. Code the sensor to the included wireless transceiver and run the automatic setup/calibration. Once installed if a vehicle is detected by the sensor it will immediately transmit a wireless signal to the gate-mounted transceiver, activating the gate or controller.
Long Range & Dual Technology Detection Increases Safety
The sensor locates vehicles as they approach by detecting disturbances in the Earth’s magnetic field with a 3-axis magnetometer. After detection, microwave radar confirmation is automatically triggered to verify vehicle presence. Dual technology sensing allows the gate to remain open if the magnetic signature momentarily disappears.
Helps provide accurate detection for high-clearance vehicles, non-ferrous vehicles and vehicles that stop short of the detection zone. Radar can sense these vehicles that have large portions outside of the magnetic field.
Presence Mode To Optionally Keep Gate Up
Presence Mode allows the system to keep the gate activated as long as a vehicle is within the detection zone. Ideal for driveway access, gated communities, commercial parking lots, and applications where vehicles may stop and wait for oncoming traffic or authorization to proceed through the gate.
Easy Wireless Installation
Wireless technology means there are no trenches to dig or in-ground loops to install. Mount the sensor to a fence or post approximately 23.6" above ground and mount the separate wireless transceiver within 50 yards of the sensor.
